How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
Once you have completed your order on tedstees.com you will see a page saying ‘Thank you for your order’. Shortly after you see this page we will send you a confirmation email which contains your order number and order details. Please keep this email safe as you will need the order number contained within for any further queries you may have. Failure to provide an order number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry.
I didn't received any order confirmation email.
All order confirmation emails are generated and sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. If you have not received one of these it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam and junk folders. Your mailbox may also be full which may prevent receipt of emails.
I made a mistake - can I change my order?
If you discover you have made a mistake or would like to change something after you have confirmed your order, you will need to contact us by telephone to let us know. If your order status is listed in your account as ‘Order Processing’ this means it is still with us and hasn’t been shipped yet. Only at this point can an order be changed. Once the status changes to ‘Order Shipped’ it is then on it’s way to you and therefore too late to amend. In the event that you receive your order and need to change it please see our returns policy for more details.
I've forgotton my password, what should I do?
If you can't remember your password don't worry. After you enter your login email address click the 'Forgot My Password' button. Our system will then generate a new password and email it to you. Important points to remember regarding the new password you will receive:
A) The new password is case sensitive, this means that is must be entered as you see it (ie. upper case letters if they appear)
B) The new password will only be sent to the email address that was used to open your account on tedstees.com
C) The new password will be automatically sent within 5 minutes of requesting it, if you have not received it within 1 hour it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam and junk folders. Your mailbox may also be full which may prevent receipt of emails.
How can I check the status of my order?
When you log into your account on tedstees.com you can check your order history which will detail when your order was accepted and when it has been shipped.
How long before my order will be shipped?
Please allow up to 4 days for us to process your order. For further information on our shipping options please see our SHIPPING PAGE.
My order history says my order has been shipped but I haven't received it yet?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email to advise you of same. All orders are sent by track & trace delivery using GLS Courier service or An Post Priority Parcel Post and the relevant tracking number is available upon request. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and we will mail you back with the tracking details. You can also use the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website.
I want to return an item, is there a Returns Policy?
We have a detailed returns policy which must be followed in the event of an exchange. This can be seen in full in our Returns section. Please read before you ship your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on TedTees part, the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs as long as they use a standard shipping method. If the customer is returning a shirt because they are unsatisfied with the merchandise or would like to exchange it for a different t-shirt, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs we incur to send a new size/colour/item back to them. Before you ship anything back to us, please email email@example.com first so TedsTees can provide you with complete return instructions.
Colour DisclaimerThe colors we display on our website should be considered close renditions to the actual colors available and cannot be 100% accurate. As these colors are viewed they will vary depending on each computers monitor settings. Please be aware of this when making a purchase based on the colour display of your monitor.
Can I get a refund?
Your statuatory rights are not affected when you shop online with TedsTees and our full returns/refunds policy is available in our CUSTOMER SERVICE SECTION. Please read in full before you request a refund.
I don't know what size to get, is there a size chart?
We provide a detailed size chart for each item to assist you with your choice and this can be found under the graphic of each item when you click to see same. If this doesn't help we are only too happy to assist you in any way we can by email or phone.
Do you ship abroad?
We provide an international shipping service and a full list of the countries we ship to can be found in the drop down menu when entering your delivery address during the order process. If you do not see your country please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am shipping my order outside of the E.U Will I be charged additional duties and taxes?
For shipments outside the E.U, your order may be subject to, import duties and taxes, which are required once your package reaches your country. TedsTees ships your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Unfortunately, TedsTees is not able to request for your order to be shipped by a specific carrier. Carriers are determined for each order by package weight and product shipping restrictions.
Do you have Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we have a range of e-gift vouchers which can be located in the GIFT VOUCHER SECTION on the home page.
Do your Gift Vouchers and Discount Codes expire?
Yes, our Discount Codes (Money Off/Percentage Off) expire on the date specified when issued
Our Gift Vouchers will automatically expire one year after date if issue. We regret they cannot be used after the expiry date.
When is my credit card processed and charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you click the Place Order button.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order at any time up to clicking the Place Order button by exiting the system.
Are my details secure and private?
We use REALEX SYSTEMS to process our online and telephone orders. Realex are one of the internets most secure payment service providers and we are regularly checked and updated with the best fraud prevention software available to give our customers full peace of mind when shopping on hairybaby.com. Customers personal details are never shared with any third parties. Only the email addresses for those who have subscribed to our newsletters are kept on file and we do not keep credit card details. Once your credit card has been processed your card details are deleted immediately.
