R.O.I Deliveries Only

(Delivery by GLS courier service)

All orders are sent using GLS Courier Delivery Service and this method of shipping requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not in to receive your parcel the driver will call you using the contact number you provided with your order and arrange a suitable time to re deliver to you. If you cannot be contacted a ‘attempted delivery’ notification will be left at your address or a voicemail on your phone and the parcel will be returned to the GLS distribution depot for your area. It will be held there for approximately 4 days at which point it will be returned to us if not collected. Should your parcel be returned to us there will be a re shipping fee if you require your parcel to be sent to you again.

We will process your order in 7 working days though we will always endeavour to process it quicker than this. Once your order is ready we will send you an email to say ‘Your order has been shipped’. All deliveries within the Republic Of Ireland are on a 1-2 day service from when you receive this email. In other words as soon as you receive this email your order should be in your hands within 1-2 days time.

Our Postage charges are €4.00 for orders within the Republic Of Ireland.

Northern Ireland Deliveries Only

(Delivery by Parcel Force postal service)

All orders are sent using Parcel Force Delivery Service and this method of shipping requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not in to receive your parcel the driver will leave an ‘attempted delivery’ notification at your address and the parcel will be returned to the nearest post office to your address. It will be held there for approximately 10 working days at which point it will be returned to us if not collected. Should your parcel be returned to us there will be a re shipping fee if you require your parcel to be sent to you again.

We will process your order in 7 working days though we will always endeavour to process it quicker than this. Once your order is ready we will send you an email to say ‘Your order has been shipped’. All deliveries to Northern Ireland are on a 3-4 day service from when you receive this email. In other words as soon as you receive this email your order should be in your hands within 3-4 days.

Our Postage charges are €6.50 for orders to Northern Ireland.

U.K & European Country Deliveries Only

All orders destined for the U.K are sent using Parcel Force Delivery Service and this method of shipping requires a signature upon delivery. All orders destined for remaining European countries delivery will be made by each countries National postal service. If you are not in to receive your parcel the driver will leave an ‘attempted delivery’ notification at your address and the parcel will be returned to the nearest post office to your address. It will be held there for approximately 10 working days at which point it will be returned to us if not collected. Should your parcel be returned to us there will be a re shipping fee if you require your parcel to be sent to you again.

We will process your order in 7 working days though we will always endeavour to process it quicker than this. Once your order is ready we will send you an email to say ‘Your order has been shipped’. All deliveries to the U.K are on a 3-4 day service and to all other European Countries a 6-7 day service from when you receive this email. In other words as soon as you receive this email your order should be in your hands within 3-4 days time and 6-7 days respectively.

International Deliveries Only

(Delivery by each countries national postal service)

All International orders are sent via ‘Airmail’ and collected by the postal service specific to each country. This method of shipping requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not in to receive your parcel the driver will leave an ‘attempted delivery’ notification at your address and the parcel will be returned to the nearest post office to your address. It will be held there for approximately 10 working days at which point it will be returned to us if not collected. Should your parcel be returned to us there will be a re shipping fee if you require your parcel to be sent to you again.

All deliveries to the the U.S.A and Rest of World destinations are on a 15-20 day service from when you receive this email. In other words as soon as you receive this email your order should be in your hands within 15-20 days time.

Our Postage charges are €12 for orders to the U.S & Rest of World destinations.

Common Questions about ‘Shipping’

Can I track my order?

Yes, no problem, unfortunately our system doesn’t automatically generate a tracking reference for your order at the time of purchase. We only receive the relevant tracking information once the order has been collected by our couriers. We will gladly provide you with the tracking details of your order upon request. Simply email us using the ‘ Contact Us’ link on the home page. Please provide your full name and order number when requesting your tracking reference.

Do TedsTees deliver my order?

No, we use third party courier companies to delivery your package.

Can I give you special delivery instructions?

Unfortunately as we don’t delivery the parcels ourselves we cannot accept special delivery instructions.

Can somebody else sign for the parcel if I’m not in?

Sorry, no. The parcel must be signed for by the recipient name on the shipping label.
